All blood orders are shipped in insulated boxes; gel ice is used with fresh blood, and dry ice with frozen plasma products.

There is a delivery charge of $45 anywhere in Australia overnight. International shipping depends on the weight and the carrier - this is calculated at checkout.

damaged packaging

Damaged packaging triggers a non-conformance report which is used to investigate cause. If the damages are caused by the carrier we will replace the order at no charge.

If you have damaged product please fill in this report within 24 hours of receipt (below) and we will respond promptly.

Within Australia: overnight. Outside Australia: 3 working days.

We use most all of the major package delivery services: Federal Express, UPS, TNT, TOLL and DHL. You can specify or we will help you select the best for your needs.

drop shipping within australia

Equicell has the ability to provide drop shipping for EOM. We will deliver to your schedule and drop ship to your customers. We can even label with your labels.

outside australia

returns and refunds

If you have damaged product please contact us within 24 hours of receipt and we will respond promptly.

We do not accept return of product because of quarantine restrictions. We are happy to discuss alternative arrangements.
